1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Trio Nexus Consultants. By accessing or using our website, services, or platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Trio Nexus Consultants ("Trio Nexus," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Services Provided

Trio Nexus provides its services through five divisions:

• Trio Law Consultants: Legal consultation, documentation, dispute resolution and representation across our practice areas, including corporate and immigration matters.
• Trio Student Recruitment: Study abroad consultation, including university selection, application support, visa processing, test preparation and pre-departure guidance.
• Trio LPO Services: Legal process outsourcing, including document review and due diligence, legal research, contract drafting, compliance support, litigation support and paralegal staffing.
• Trio HR Services: Recruitment and hiring (including remote and US-market hiring), HR consulting, onboarding and HR policy, and career coaching.
• Trio News Network: Legal and business news, analysis and insights.

In support of these services we also provide online tools and platforms, such as client and subscriber portals, the University Finder, and legal and HR calculators.

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

3. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Trio Nexus and third parties

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, trademarks, logos, and technology available on our platform are the property of Trio Nexus or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

5. Payment Terms

Certain services require payment. By engaging paid services, you agree to:

• Pay all fees as agreed upon in our service agreements
• Provide accurate payment information
• Pay applicable taxes and transaction fees
• Understand that fees are non-refundable unless your written engagement or service agreement, or the published terms of a specific offer (such as the quality refund guarantee on a Trio LPO Services pilot project), state otherwise

6. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal and sensitive information. All client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We do not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trio Nexus shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Errors or interruptions in service availability
• Decisions made by third parties (universities, visa authorities, etc.) based on our advice

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and any materials obtained through them.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
